Process of Effective Speaking
:

1) A speaker should research the topic he wants to mention in the speech. He should write down all the points and organize them into an outline. He should select wise words, because a word that has been said can't be back. They should practice the speech aloud several times before speaking in front of an audience.

2) The speech should be understandable; this includes simple words, direct language, and correct pronunciation. A speaker should know their audience to connect to them during the speech. He should involve the audience in what he is speaking about; he should ask, "Am I right?" "Has that ever happened to you?" and give them time for questions. An open discussion has more impact on an audience than lectures.

3) A speaker should tell short and on-point stories; it makes it easier to understand and remember the audience. He should maintain appropriate body language, eye contact, facial expressions, and tone of voice with the audience throughout the speech.

4) The speaker should maintain a natural rhythm during speaking (not too fast nor too slow). He should finish the speech with an inspiring story or quote. He should summarize the main points one more time and leave the audience with a thought-provoking question.

5) Finally, a speaker should be an active and attentive listener for their audience, a quick thinker, swiftly analyze the situation, rapid decision-makers, and effectively communicate those decisions to the audience.
